Who is Risotto Nero?

Risotto Nero is the leader of La Squadra Ezecuzioni. Aside from popular belief, he is actually not a capo (a member of the mafia that owns terrotory and sees over a specific operation or team). He lost his chance at being a capo when Sorbet and Gelato attempted to learn more about the boss' identity - the boss does not trust him and won't grant him territory.
